We currently have around ten properties in the Paradiski area, spread between the resorts of Peisey-Vallandry, Les Arcs and La Plagne. We are also well established in the other major ski areas of the French Alps, such as the 3 Valleys, the Portes du Soleil and Evasion Mont-Blanc. We manage around 100 properties in the Alps, and we will soon be offering more for rent access.

We are partners with one of the largest French law firms and are now considered the most rigorous player in the French Alps in this field. All the clients we have assisted to date have been able to recover 20% of the price of their rental investment.

Our support also takes the form of rigorous processes that enable us to meet all the eligibility criteria for this tax scheme. For example, we provide para-hotel services (cleaning services, breakfast, household linen, etc.), issue invoices and record our suppliers, and, importantly, keep track of our owners' personal stays.
