Authentic, family-friendly, festive, luxurious and sporty, the resort of Les Arcs is the destination that will put everyone in agreement thanks to the different mountain atmospheres of its five villages with beautiful properties and its great ski area in the snow.
Come down the long, steep and technical slopes of Paradiski, the world's second-largest linked ski pistes and lifts area. An enchanting location to visit and ski in the region apt for the most demanding skiers.Les Arcs and Paradiski ski area
With its speed reaching 130 km/h, the Arcs zip line will give you great thrills, solo or in pairs, summer and winter. You will experience leaving from the top of the Varet gondola then flying over the Olympic track of the flying kilometre of the Albertville Olympic Games to arrive near the Olympic flame at Arc 2000. The 1077 m long descent can be done seated or lying down and is accessible to pedestrians and skiers from 10 years old.
At the Chalets de l'Arc, the menu is generous in Savoyard specialities. Tartiflette, croziflette, cheese crust and Savoyard fondue have found a serious competitor there: the cheese maker's skillet. This house speciality consists of potatoes, vegetables, Savoie raw ham, dried meat and an assortment of cheeses from the Alps (raclette, reblochon, Tomme and Beaufort), to be cooked over the embers. A dream for all cheese lovers in France!
A pony ride is something most children have already experienced, but going with a donkey is much more original. Accompanied by a donkey driver, little ones on donkeys and adults on foot will be able to visit the mountain pastures or take a tour of Mont-Blanc on hikes lasting 30 minutes to 2h30. The donkey company welcomes you by reservation from the beginning of July to the beginning of September and in winter, in the event of low snowfall.
Among the pleasures of staying in the mountains in summer is the forefront of encountering the local fauna. In Les Arcs, you can come across ibexes, chamois and those adorable marmots that children love. Looking up, you may see a black grouse or a bearded vulture, this vulture measuring up to 2.80m in wingspan! To optimize your chances of meeting these mountain inhabitants, favour the period from April to September and the beginning and end of the day.
“ I appreciate the transparency of Emerald Stay „
I have had experiences with different property management companies before, but I was always frustrated at hidden costs, such as distribution fees and cleaning costs. But since I started this partnership with Emerald Stay I didn’t have to worry about that anymore, because their commission fee is all-inclusive. The money I receive goes all to my pocket, and I don’t have to be concerned about paying different fees related to managing a property.
