A three-bedroom apartment with mountain views and in-residence wellness facilities.

Inside, the main room brings together the kitchen, dining area, and lounge in one space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the use of wood throughout gives it a more traditional alpine feel. It's a setup that works well for shared meals and time indoors. Within the residence, there is a wellness area featuring a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, along with communal bike storage available on a first-come basis.

The heart of Morzine, with its shops, restaurants and lift access, is within easy walking distance. Winter is centred on skiing across the Portes du Soleil area, with options like sledging on Le Pleney and quieter snowshoe trails. In summer, the valley shifts to Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking routes and mountain biking.

Takian sits alongside Meranti and Iroko in Residence Le Ridge, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 17 adults.

We had a wonderful week in the apartment. We all slept so well as the beds were so comfortable. Brilliant blackout blinds and the location is really quiet. Really well equipped kitchen and hot showers. Easy walk to the Super Morzine and into Morzine centre. Easy drive to the Prodain if required. Great stay!
