The main living space is centred around a large dining table suited to shared meals, with a fully equipped kitchen connected to the room. The interior combines alpine materials with a clean, modern finish. An attic space fitted with bean bags provides an additional area to sit and read or spend time away from the main living area, and works well as a separate space for children to play.
Residents have access to a shared wellness area with a gym and sauna. The residence also includes a communal bike storage area, suitable for up to six bikes, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Lake Montriond is about a five-minute drive away, with nearby access to waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain biking, and the Super Morzine gondola within walking distance. Kauri sits alongside Agba and Lovoa in Residence Le Ridge, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 19 adults.

Comfortable and the 3 bathroom 3 bedroom works well for 3 couples sharing. A little tricky to find initially in the dark. Would definitely re-book again. Good value for the quality of apartment.
