A feature to highlight, a sun-kissed attic awaits your quiet moments, perfect for unwinding with a good book as you sink into one of the numerous, fluffy beanbags. Step up your relaxation in our wellness centre, featuring a gym and a sauna, plus a hammam, to soothe your ski-tired muscles.
Situated on the sunniest side of town, Kauri Apartment is just a brief 10-minute stroll from vibrant apres-ski activities and thrilling pistes. With convenient access to both skiing, adventure and amenities, Kauri makes it simple for you to make the most of Morzine.

Kauri offers less natural light than our other apartments on this site.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
The wellness area is open daily from 10:00 am to 7:45 pm and is available for a supplement of €10 per day for the whole group.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.

Spacious and modern accommodation with good access to both Morzine-Les Gets and Avoriaz ski areas. Great for our family of six.

Great time overall and well pleased with accommodation. Lucky we stayed this side of Morzine in view of poor snow conditions. Spacious (for skiing accommodation) and well-equipped. Dishwasher didn’t function all that well and TV reception for BBC was intermittent (could have been a blessing!!).
