Situated on the sunniest side of town, Kauri Apartment is just a brief 10-minute stroll from vibrant apres-ski activities and thrilling pistes. With convenient access to both skiing, adventure and amenities, Kauri makes it simple for you to make the most of Morzine.

Kauri offers less natural light than our other apartments on this site.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
The wellness area is open daily from 10:00 am to 7:45 pm and is available for a supplement of €10 per day for the whole group.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.

We stay in Morzine regularly. Nice apartment, a bit of a walk to the center but nothing too onerous if you leave your ski equipment in one of the hire shops. Very good apartment, comfortable and spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Door entry system worked well. Helpful host over the phone. Couldn’t get the TV’s to connect to personal devices for streaming, which is apparently a known problem. Taking an HDMI cable might work. There are some UK channels, though.

Spacious and modern accommodation with good access to both Morzine-Les Gets and Avoriaz ski areas. Great for our family of six.
