Residents have access to shared facilities within the residence, including a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, as well as a communal bike storage area available on a first-come basis.
The centre of Morzine, along with its shops, restaurants, and lift access, is within walking distance. The area is known for its skiing in winter, while in summer it offers access to Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes. Iroko sits alongside Meranti and Takian in Residence Le Ridge, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 17 adults.
