Residents have access to shared facilities within the residence, including a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, as well as a communal bike storage area available on a first-come basis.
The centre of Morzine, with its shops, restaurants, and lift access, is within walking distance. In winter, the nearby lifts connect to the Portes du Soleil ski area, whilst in summer Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes are all close by.

Beautiful apartment in an incredible town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Walkable area to town, but it is a little bit far (15-20minute walk). Would return.
