Housed in a new building of Morzine self-catering apartments, the Sugi apartment is homey, warm and sun-drenched. This is one of our ideal holiday rentals for a large group of up to 9 guests in four ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms. It's perfectly located in the sunniest part of Morzine, only a 10-minute walk from the nearest piste.

This accommodation in Morzine is ultra-comfortable and has plenty of space for the family. It has a large dining room to accommodate a group who wants to eat at home. If none of you is of the cooking persuasion, you can take a short walk to the town and grab dinner in one of Morzine's many phenomenal restaurants.

If you're hearing the swish and swoosh of skis on snow, it's probably coming from the window that looks right over the mountains. You can look out from the comfort of the high-end chaise longue or from the mountain-side balcony. Holiday-goer's pick.

This apartment caters to both the relaxation aficionados and the fitness enthusiasts: on-site, there's a wellness centre with a gym, jacuzzi, sauna and a hammam. So if the slopes aren't enough for you, you can hit the gym (but let's be honest, we know it's the sauna calling your name).

The home truths:

• End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.

• The wellness area is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 and is available for a supplement of €20 per day for the whole group.

• Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
