In the main living area, the kitchen, dining, and lounge sit in one open space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table sits at the centre of the room, with space for up to five guests. The layout is straightforward and easy to use, with good natural light throughout. Guests also have access to the residence facilities, including a gym and sauna, open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, along with communal bike storage available on a first-come basis.
The centre of Morzine, with its shops, restaurants, and lift access, is within walking distance. In winter, the nearby lifts connect to the Portes du Soleil ski area, whilst in summer Lake Montriond, waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes are all close by. Ipê sits alongside Ayan and Sugi in Residence Le Ridge, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 21 adults and 2 children.

Amazing Holiday in Morzine. We had an amazing holiday in Morzine and the apartment played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious, with a layout that made it feel both, cozy and functional. Everything was spotless when we arrived, which is always a great first impression. What really stood out, though, was the team managing the apartment. They were absolutely exceptional—super attentive and always quick to respond. Their communication was clear and accurate throughout our stay, and they made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether it was questions or small requests, they were always on top of things.

Lovely spacious modern apartment within walking distance to the center of Morzine and main gondola. Really good having secure bike storage and laundry. Balcony would have been nice, some of the other apartments in the same complex had balconies so would probably choose one of those next time, otherwise was excellent.

Great stay with you. Highly recommended! The cleanliness was impeccable, as was the administrative support. The accommodation was comfortable and pleasant. The friendliness of the people who work there is also invaluable. The only downside for us was that our room was next to the opening to Building A, and we were greatly disturbed when the opening system broke down. Several people were knocking on our door to get in, at all hours of the day and night... Fortunately, it was quickly repaired and everything was back to normal. Looking forward to returning! and thanks for the souvenir photos ;-)
