What do in Val d’Isere during summer?

Specifically, we are talking about a trek in the centre of nature through the Vanoise National Park. This protected area is located close to the village of Val d'Isere and is home to a preserved environment where glaciers, rivers, lush forests, lakes and waterfalls are all found together.

Another option is to hit the mountain bike trails at the Tignes-Val d'Isere bike park for some extreme thrills. Here, 215km of trails run up the centre of the mountain so that beginners and experts alike can enjoy the different routes on offer. Why not also take advantage of your stay in Val d'Isere to cycle over the famous Iseran pass, overlooking the village at an altitude of 2770 m?
