The two upper bedrooms can only be ventilated through their Velux windows which cannot be opened during the winter season.

Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.

Beautiful apartment and very well managed. It's a mix between apartment rental and hotel service. The apartment is very well equipped and located close to the slopes. 1min30 from Avoriaz and 6min from Morzine. Large parking space for 2 cars and comfortable accommodation for 8 people. The management team is very responsive. Special mention for the much-appreciated late check-out.
