The two upper bedrooms can only be ventilated through their Velux windows which cannot be opened during the winter season.

Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.

Location was fantastic, really close to supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the Super Morzine ski lift The wooly rugs in the bedrooms left lots of wool on our clothes and ski gear.

Super nice, comfortable and modern apartment. Close to bars and restaurants, and most important of all, a 3-min walk to the Super Morzine bubble to get up to Avoriaz. Superb apartment.
