2. What concierge services do you offer in Ibiza?

To ensure that our guests enjoy themselves to maximum during their visit, we offer private concierge services on request. This package includes a number of services: reception, transport and installation of holidaymakers, maintenance and cleaning of the property, booking of external services (diving lessons, dinner prepared by a Michelin-starred chef in the home, massage session, etc.).

To help owners wishing to delegate the management of their top-of-the-range accommodation, our travel assistants are on hand in case of emergency and respond to any special requests. They share their expertise and advises on various procedures, including VAT recovery.

3. Do you take into account the events taking place in Ibiza when setting your night rates?

Yes, we do!

Throughout the year, Ibiza hosts all kinds of events that attract a lot of tourists. So we set our prices accordingly.
