Located just a short walk from the historic centre of Chamonix, you can forget about your car and walk around easily to enjoy some of the best restaurants, shops and bars that Chamonix has to offer.
With its private parking and ski locker, this apartment gives you the option to come even for a short weekend to enjoy the slopes or the many hikes available in the region.

The lift is temporarily out of order for technical reasons, but the three floors to go up will be a good reason to keep you fit!
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are forbidden.
The storage space in the property is a little limited, but enough for a family of 4.

Where to start... This apartment was fantastic! With almost too many thoughtful touches to mention. It's a modern duplex apartment in 3rd floor of a new building within 5–10 minutes walk to the center of Chamonix & buses to all the ski areas. Plenty of free parking beside the front door. ✔️ Brand-new modern high quality kitchen with everything you need for a short or long stay. ✔️ Beautiful shower rooms upstairs & downstairs with a separate toilet. ✔️ Great big fluffy towels ✔️ Great beds ✔️ Cozy living room ✔️ Perfect heating ✔️ Balcony with stunning views ✔️ 15-minute walk to Carrefour ✔️ Amazing bakery round the corner We had a great stay there & would definitely recommend staying here!
