The living area is arranged for time together, with an electric fireplace and direct access to the outdoor space. A fully equipped kitchen connects to the dining area, and the entrance features built-in carpentry with bench seating, coat hooks, and storage. A private laundry room within the apartment, with a washer, dryer, and sink, is a rare feature in this residence and adds a high level of day-to-day convenience. The private ski locker includes boot warmers, helmet and glove hooks, and dedicated ski storage.

Residents have access to shared wellness facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym. The Les Houches slopes are around a 10-minute walk away, with the wider Chamonix valley easily reached by car. In winter, the surrounding ski areas include Les Houches, Brévent, Flégère, and Grands Montets, whilst in summer the area opens up to hiking, mountain biking, and access to sites such as the Aiguille du Midi and Mer de Glace.

Bonnelle sits alongside Cumaru and Cerna in the residence, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 12 adults and 4 children.
