Another year draws to a close, and a new one opens

Over the past few months, we have added a series of homes to our collection. These arrivals mark not only new addresses but new experiences. This season, we take a closer look at a few of these latest newcomers, exploring homes that capture the essence of contemporary alpine living.

Our route begins in the Swiss Alps, where Verbier rests among the peaks of Valais, overlooked by Mont Fort and the Grand Combin. Close to the resort centre and only minutes from the Savoleyres lift, you'll find Chalet Jenna. Spanning three spacious floors and 264 square  metres, Jenna sleeps six adults and four children across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of these bedrooms have en‑suite bathrooms, while the fourth is a bunk room for the children. The living room centres around a fireplace and opens onto a furnished balcony offering exquisite mountain views. The interior is finished with a hammam and a cinema corner, elements that mirror the relaxed pace of mountain life. Alive with altitude and energy, Verbier remains one of the Alps' most spirited resorts, celebrated for its extensive slopes, lively après‑ski, and a dining scene that rivals its mountain views.

Crossing the border into France, our route turns west from Verbier toward Megève, trading steep Swiss peaks for the quiet contours of the Haute‑Savoie. Within the Éclat des Vériaz residence stands Apartment Spritz. Covering 276 square metres over two floors, it welcomes up to fifteen guests in five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Spritz was designed for time together. A large open living area, two balconies, and generous seating make it easy to gather and share meals. Guests have access to a wide range of shared spaces within the residence, including indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, a hammam, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a massage room, a billiard table, and a football table. Beyond the apartment, Megève stands out for its gastronomic excellence, diverse slopes suited to every level, and its character as a true four‑season destination.

Beyond Megève, the mountains stretch north to Les Gets, a place where wooded hillsides and open runs give the Alps a softer expression. Set on the southern slopes in the quiet La Turche neighbourhood, Apartment Kandahar provides an easy base for two adults and two children across 48 square metres. The living area opens to a furnished balcony that catches the morning light and overlooks the village. A short walk from the La Turche lift connects directly to the Portes du Soleil ski area, and the village centre is close for dining, shops, and daily life.  Kandahar also comes with a private garage and ski locker, keeping everything simple between village and slope. Les Gets is admired for its year‑round energy, from accessible skiing and snowboarding in the Portes du Soleil to mountain biking on its celebrated summer trails, all within a village defined by outdoor adventure, a lively calendar of cultural events, and local gatherings.

From Les Gets, the landscape turns south toward Champagny‑en‑Vanoise, where the Alps grow wilder and more dramatic along the edge of the Vanoise National Park. On the ninth floor of the L'Etoile de la Vanoise residence,  Apartment Peridot rests steps away from the village centre, local bakeries, and the gondola to the Paradiski ski area. Measuring 111 square metres, it sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The apartment includes both private and shared balconies that draw in light and clean alpine air, while a ski locker with heated racks keeps gear ready for the next day. Champagny‑en‑Vanoise retains its authentic Savoyard character, appealing to both dedicated skiers and those drawn to the calm of nature. Ice climbing, glacier exploration, and peaceful trails within the Vanoise National Park make this corner of the Alps a place to experience the mountains at their most elemental.

Heading east from Champagny‑en‑Vanoise, we ascend toward Val d'Isère, a village long admired for its altitude and alpine heritage. Apartment Kumo is located on the top floor of Résidence L’Écrin, which features facilities such as an indoor pool, a hammam, a sauna, and a fitness area. Kumo itself covers 200 square metres and accommodates eight adults and five children across five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including a dormitory well‑suited to younger guests. The living and dining areas surround a fireplace and open onto a large terrace. Practical features, including a private ski locker with heated racks and secure parking, make daily life easier. Val d'Isère is renowned for its challenging terrain, reliable snow, and lift‑accessed off‑piste, alongside a lively après‑ski culture. The village embodies Savoyard character and modern energy, offering everything from world‑class skiing to summer mountain biking and glacier adventures.

Last but most certainly not least, we end in Courchevel 1850, the highest of the Courchevel villages and a hallmark of the Trois Vallées. At La Forêt du Praz, a ski-in ski-out residence, Apartment Aelora takes its place on the seventh floor. Measuring 107 square metres, it welcomes six guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The living space feels warm and composed, opening onto a west‑facing balcony with views over the slopes and village. A private hammam provides a quiet retreat, while a dedicated ski locker keeps the transition between slope and home seamless. Just a short walk from the lifts, Aelora can also be reserved together with its neighbouring apartment , Tiama , on the same floor, an ideal choice for families or friends who prefer to stay close while keeping their own space. Courchevel 1850 stands out for its high‑altitude slopes, renowned dining scene, and refined village character within the Trois Vallées.
