The apartment has two balconies: one set up for outdoor meals with a large fourteen-seater table, and another with outdoor lounge seating for enjoying the mountain air. Inside, there's a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, wine storage, and a small workspace. The modern interior has quality finishes, soft materials, and carefully chosen décor. The open-plan living area is bright and leads out to the balcony, where you can enjoy mountain views during meal times.

The residence is in the quiet Vériaz district, just a few minutes from the centre of Megève. You can drive to the village in about 4 minutes, and the nearest ski lift is around 7 minutes away.
