1. Les Gets: water, bikes and activities for all
In summer and winter alike, Les Gets is on the move to attract children to exciting activities adapted to all ages. It’s pretty simple, whatever your children like to do, they will find in this resort. See it for yourself:
A space of aquatic leisure for all family
The Lac des Ecoles is the main swimming site of the resort, very close to our Les Gets accommodations. The space is enhanced by beach-volleyball courts, multisports areas, and picnic and barbecue zones for a day in the great outdoors.
The swimming area is monitored during the whole summer, and is divided into three zones where young ones and adults alike can refresh themselves in waters that reach 22 degrees celsius.
Splashpad is the zone aqualudique accessible to kids above 2 years of age. It offers modules, water jets and water games for the little ones to splash around in complete safety!
le Kid’s Park is dedicated to children between 5 and 8 years old that know how to swim. They will find a path with different modules where they can have fun while improving their swimming skills.
le Parc Wibit is open to all children above 8 years old. It is composed of an aqualudique path full of inflatable components like toboggans, rocks for climbing, catapults and monkey cages. A sure way to end up in the water!

The biggest Bike Park in Europe
Save the date: the Bike Park of Les Gets will host the Mountain Bike World Championship from August 24th to 28th, 2022, organized by the International Cycling Union. This gives you an idea of the level of the sports facilities on which your children will be able to ride their two wheels!
If you have the chance to be in a Les Gets accommodation during this major festivity, don’t miss out on the cross country and downhill events - your teenagers will love it!
Otherwise, consider booking a mountain bike pass to treat yourself to a ride in mountain bike heaven. The package includes the lifts to access the Bike Park and its 128 km of trails including DH, XC, freeride, dual slalom, kid zone, video park and much more! It's also the starting point for more than 650 km of marked mountain bike trails in the Portes du Soleil area. You won't find better anywhere else!

To fulfill the days of your children, Les Gets proposes you a plethora of outdoor activities, both fun and original:

2. Meribel and its all-inclusive children’s packages
If you’re asking yourself how to keep your children busy during your mountain holidays, Meribel has the answer: sign them up for a Sportkids course!
Sportkids, an activity that can’t be missed for kids and teenagers
From Monday to Friday, during the whole period of summer vacations, the resort of Meribel organizes sport days for children between 8 to 16 years old.
The registration can be done for a day or for a week, and the parents must provide the food for the picnic at noon. The meeting point is in front of the Tourism Office of Meribel, daily at 9am, and the activities finish around 5pm. Between these hours, your kids can enjoy 1001 activities according to their age group:
For children between 8-10 years old, the kids package includes baseball, climbing, laser games, archery, orienteering courses, biathlon, swimming, olympiads and other similar activities;
For children between 11-13 years old, the juniors package includes mountain biking, scuba-diving in a pool, roller skating, ping pong, speedball, etc…
For children between 14-16 years old, the teens package includes karting, wakeboard-water ski, ice hockey, paintball, rafting, via ferrata climbing, golfing, etc…

And what else?
If you are staying in your Meribel accommodation as a family, this resort can still accommodate your wishes through horseback riding, canyoning, mountain bike descents or electric mountain bike rides, via ferrata climbing, and even yoga.
Other activities are especially reserved for the young public, like initiation to circus art and the “P’tit Loups” children’s club for the ones between 3-8 years old. And the even younger ones will be welcomed at the Saturnins daycare center, for enfants from 18 months old to 3 years of age.

3. Courchevel, a place to enjoy the biggest mountain water park of Europe
It’s not worth it breaking your head to find out what to do with children in Courchevel, because once they set foot in Aquamotion, they will only want one thing: to go back there!
From July 2nd to August 31st, 2022, Aquamotion welcomes visitors everyday from 10h to 20h in different areas: Aqualudique, Aquawellness, Spa & Balneo. If you’re coming as a family, it is the Aqualudique space that will attract you the most. We recommend the family packages for 2 adults + 2 kids (or teens), that cost between €39 to €50. Otherwise, calculate €9 for each child between 3 to 12 years old (it’s free for younger children), and €15 for visitors above 13 years old or older.
But what is so extraordinary about this water park? The answer is a number: 15.000 sqm of spaces, indoors and outdoors, dedicated to water activities, fitness and wellness. It’s especially during summer that we can enjoy this park the most, because of the outdoor installations of Aquamotion: a pool for swimming and practicing watersports; a recreational pools to unwind, jump, or dive; a wellness lagoon; a baby pool; a pentagliss; giant toboggans; inflatable installations; a mini-golf course; a beach-volleyball field; and a solarium equipped with deckchairs.
The water center has also come up with activities focused on the young public:
the baby swimmers, for toddlers between 6 months to 3 years old
the ludimania, for the ones between 4 to 6 years old, where they will learn the basics of swimming while having fun
the ludinage, for children between 6 to 12 years old to practice different types of swimming
the kid’s adventure, for the ones between 6 to 12 years old. Each Wednesday during the summer, from 9h to 12h, there are 3 hours of water activities, outdoor games, climbing and surfing
towed buoys, for kids above 6 years old (requires reservation)
indoor surfing, for kids above 13 years old (requires reservation)
