A bright apartment beside the Bergers lifts, with shared wellness facilities.

The apartment is arranged across two floors, with three bedrooms and a separate bunk room. The lower floor has an en-suite double bedroom and the bunk room, while upstairs there is a second en-suite double bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds convertible into a double. A third bathroom with a bathtub and two separate WCs completes the layout. The living room opens onto the balcony, while the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Colourful accents add character throughout.

Guests have access to the residence's shared jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, as well as a private ski locker with boot heating and garage space. In winter, the surrounding area offers skiing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, and mountain karting. During the warmer months, the surrounding mountains are well suited to hiking and cycling, with trails and routes leading through the alpine landscape.

Dolomia can be booked together with apartments Altamira and Selva, to accommodate up to 16 adults and 6 children.
