A mountain-view apartment with terrace, shared wellness facilities, and slopeside access.

The apartment is arranged across two floors. On the lower floor, the en-suite bedroom has a double bed and two additional single beds in the same room, best suited to children. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each have a double bed, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The living room features a fireplace and Marshall speaker, while the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area. There are three bathrooms in total, including the downstairs bathroom with a bathtub, as well as two separate WCs.

Guests have access to a private ski locker and dedicated parking space, along with the residence’s shared jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna and hammam. The Bergers chairlifts and gondolas are directly beside the residence, providing access to the upper slopes in winter. In summer, the surrounding area offers hiking, cycling, and mountain biking.

The apartment does not have a private washing machine. A communal laundry room is available within the residence.
