The apartment is bright and sunny, with large windows offering views of the snow-capped mountains. It includes a double bedroom and a separate room with two bunk beds, while the living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge. There are two bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. Guests have access to the residence’s heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and fitness room, as well as a private underground parking space and ski locker with a boot dryer. A secure cellar is also available for storing bikes.

The nearby Bergers shopping centre offers restaurants, a supermarket, outdoor bars, and a ski rental shop, while the Alpe Express, around four minutes away on foot, provides access to the shops and restaurants of Vieil Alpe and the wider 250-kilometre ski area, including the La Sarenne descent. The centre of Alpe d’Huez is within walking distance, and the resort’s free shuttle bus offers an alternative. In summer, the surrounding mountains offer hiking, cycling, and mountain biking, with routes around the Galibier, Lautaret, and Croix de Fer passes. Solévivre is a well-equipped base for exploring Alpe d’Huez in every season.
