There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The residence also offers a shared swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness room and communal laundry facilities, along with a private underground parking space and ski locker.

The Alpe Express connects with the shops and restaurants of Vieil Alpe, while the nearby lifts provide access to the wider ski area and La Sarenne descent. The centre of Alpe d’Huez can be reached by car or by the resort's free shuttle bus. In summer, the surrounding mountains offer hiking, cycling, and mountain biking.
