There are no French channels on the TV, nevertheless the smart TV enables you to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.
The hot tub area does not have any fences so it lacks a bit of privacy.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
While we aim to offer you a peaceful and serene stay, we would like to be transparent about the current construction work on a neighboring property, which may occasionally generate noise. I cannot recommend this chalet highly enough. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic, large, well laid out and the upstairs sitting room/kitchen/diner is the stand out feature, beautiful with a professional chef's kitchen. The Emerald stay team were very responsive to any requests. The location is a 7 min walk across the wobbly bridge to Super Morzine lift and right by the bus stop to Ardent if you wanted to return from the Portes Soleil area by that means. We will definitely think about staying here again.

Super comfortable and beautifully renovated accommodation. Great location - about a 10-15 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants in the town. Assistance with pre-booking of ski passes and hire before we arrived.
