In winter, its prime location in Montriond ensures easy access to top resorts like Chatel, Avoriaz, and Morzine. Come summer, it turns into a haven for hikers, swimmers, and barbecue lovers, with the enchanting Montriond Lake close by and the unique goat-welcoming village of Les Lindarets within reach.

The chalet is a little off-centre, although its location near several ski lifts and Lake Montriond is convenient.
The TV only has French channels.
A new chalet is in construction next to this property, therefore there may be some occasional noise and the view may partially be impeded. However, please note that the works stop during winter. For more information, please enquire at time of booking as the new build progresses rapidly and you may not be affected.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
