It is determined by us and, more precisely, by our team of engineers responsible for defining the highest possible price to rent your property for each moment of the year. To achieve this, our experts have developed an algorithm based on some forty real estate indicators allowing the market and the evolution of supply and demand to be analyzed in real-time. Thus, we maintain a high occupancy rate for our properties by being responsive and adjusting the price to demand, even during off-peak periods. But rest assured, the defined price always remains in correlation with the property's standing, out of the question to sell it off to fill the calendar!
