The living room opens up to a gleaming open plan kitchen with sleek fittings, perfect for gourmet chefs, and an outside kitchen area with a Weber BBQ and dining table and chairs. There is a separate lockable bike storage room with direct access from the street, ideal for storing multiple bikes and equipped with a bike pole mount and maintenance stand.
The patio area is furnished with a selection of sunbeds, deck chairs, and parasols, and the whole ground floor is covered in natural stone flooring that flows through to the swimming pool area.
The townhouse is located in Pollensa Old Town, with a wide selection of restaurants on the doorstep, and the local market every Sunday morning is a must-see. For beach lovers, the nearest beach at Puerto Pollensa is just five miles from the house and has pretty gold sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and an interesting marina to enjoy.

Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
Construction work is taking place in the neighbouring villa until February 2024. Occasional noise disturbance may occur, however this will be suspended during July and August.
