We had a wonderful stay at RV12 villa, located in the heart of Pollensa old town, with friends and family this summer. The house was exceptional and had everything we needed, from a fab Weber BBQ to a great swimming pool which kept the kids entertained for hours. The Emerald Stay team were incredibly accommodating from start to finish, and we felt really looked after. They provided great communication throughout, organized an amazing arrival hamper when we got there, and even hand-delivered some local wines to our door. They really couldn’t do enough for us. When the washing machine broke, they sent a technician to try and fix it within a few hours and were very communicative about the issue and where we could do washing whilst it was out of action. We would happily book with Emerald Stay again and recommend RV12 villa again, it was fantastic!
