You need a car to get to the property and move around.
While we aim to offer you a peaceful and serene stay, we would like to be transparent about the current construction work on a villa near our property, which may occasionally generate noise. However, it has been very quiet recently and the drilling work is now complete. For more information, please enquire at the time of booking, as construction is progressing rapidly and you may not be affected.
The chimney cannot be used for technical reasons.

After we were unable to move into our previously booked villa (it was completely filthy), we found this beautiful villa at short notice via AirBnB. The contact was great and very quick and we were actually able to move in on the same day. We were super happy with the beautiful villa - everything was clean and modern - the vacation was saved and we enjoyed every day. The construction noise of the neighboring villa was disturbing, which started on the 4th day - exactly during our stay tiles were cut again and again with the circular saw (until the 7th day). But even here the landlord reacted well and provided us with drinks for a pool party one day. Otherwise: clear recommendation Location: good to very good - everything is easily and quickly accessible by car. The view from the villa over the bay of Allcudia and Polence is magnificent. We do not rule out coming back :-)
