What we like in Les Gets

Integrated into the great Franco-Swiss ski area of Les Portes du Soleil, Les Gets offers winter sports enthusiasts the best playground with no limits.

Downhill or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cani-hiking, sledging and new slides allow you to vary the pleasures while taking full advantage of the resort's sumptuous snow-covered landscapes in winter.

In summer, Les Gets turns into a spectacular Bikepark with its 128 km of marked trails. Cradle of mountain biking in France, the area has built a great reputation in Europe in two-wheeled activities (DH MTB, Enduro, Electric, road cycling, etc.) and the organization of the World Mountain Bikes Championships.

But adrenaline is not the only thing visitors will find in Les Gets. It is also located on a pass in Portes du Soleil. Skiers in this authentic Savoyard village can experience exceptional sunshine in all seasons and enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc.

A resort with many advantages

The resort knows how to use its charms and its sense of hospitality to attract a diverse clientele of families, gourmets and wellness enthusiasts.

Here, little attention and essential addresses will allow them to have an exceptional chalet stay, as evidenced by the quality labels awarded to Les Gets. Thus the Famille Plus label underlines the commitments made by the resort to welcome children and their parents in an accommodation with optimal conditions. The Qualite Tourisme label also certifies the quality of the welcome and tourist holiday services offered. In contrast, the Station Village de Charme label suggests your stay will be in a typical mountain village, a holiday experience far from modern constructions that distort some resorts' landscape.

As for skiing, we could not dream better with the Grand Domaine label, which indicates to skiers that they will indulge without limit in their favourite activity. Especially so with the selection of the Top of the French Alps, which brings together only 16 elected from more than 300 stations that can claim it.

A resort on a human scale

Les Gets is a small discreet resort in the middle of large complexes. Les Gets offers a capacity limited to 17,500 beds spread over nearly 3,000 structures, including 500 classified furnished accommodation, including the Emerald Stay properties that are available for booking.

A must see

The village of Lindarets will delight children with its herd of goats that roam freely. Take the opportunity to take a french gastronomic break in one of the many restaurants serving Haute-Savoie specialities.

The largest Bikepark in Europe

Beginners or experienced, everyone can try their hand at cross-country, freestyle, e-bike or freeride at the Bikepark in Les Gets, which has built a solid reputation internationally.

Enchanted nights

Alta Lumina is a magical nocturnal journey made up of sounds and lights scattered throughout the forest of Les Gets. Its immersive and enchanting scenography will dazzle young and old.
