1. We take care of everything for you

Placing advertisements, answering clients, organising the reception and handing over of keys, managing cleaning and maintenance... A seasonal rental requires that you devote time before, during and after stays. We take care of all this, so you don't have to worry about anything!

2. We optimise occupation rates

It is easy to fill the booking calendar at the height of the season, much less so during the rest of the year, which is why we take great care to offer the best value for money at all times in order to maintain a high occupancy rate for the properties entrusted to us.

3. We secure access to your property

We guarantee our owners a safe rental of their property by checking the identity of the clients and taking a deposit before giving them access to the accommodation. During your stay, our destination manager is there to ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you can rest assured that your property is in good hands

4. We pay you a net and definitive income

The income from the rental of your chalet or apartment is paid to you quarterly. This is a net and final amount as we take care of paying the suppliers and charges for you. You can check your income at any time by consulting your owner's dashboard.

5. You are advised for VAT recovery

We have set up a partnership with one of the leading French law firms to help you recover 20% of the price of your rental investment, if it is eligible for the VAT recovery scheme. We are now recognised experts in this type of tax-free operation.

6. You continue to use your property (if you want)

Want to spend some time in your property? It could not be easier: check its availability from the owner's dashboard, then block the dates that you want in the booking calendar, and that's it! With us, you'll get back to the pleasure of an investment without constraints.

Combloux, a very coveted destination

In Combloux, as in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains and Contamines-Montjoie, properties for sale are becoming scarce and scarcity inevitably means price increases, even if these remain reasonable.

Many buyers are looking for quality properties on the market, like second homes ideally located in the resorts of Evasion Mont-Blanc. A craze which is not about to fade anytime soon, since Combloux and its neighbours are still very far from having prices comparable to those of Megeve or Chamonix, resorts which have become unaffordable for certain investors who naturally end up making good deals in neighbouring resorts. 

In fact, the investment is good since the prices per m2 in Combloux are 42% lower on average than in Megeve for a flat and 35% lower for a house.

You will need to spend an average of 5,522 €/m2 to buy a flat in Combloux (prices can vary from 3,459 € to 8,522 €/m2) and 8706 €/m2 for a chalet, with prices ranging from 5,454 € to 13,436 €/m2 depending on the quality of the property and its location within the resort. 

The most charming asset of the Alps

There are few resorts in the Alps that have such ideal characteristics as Combloux, which has attracted skiers without losing its soul.

The price hike that is currently affecting Combloux is justified by the great advantages that the alpine village has, starting with its easy and quick access to the other resorts of the vast Portes du Mont-Blanc and Evasion Mont-Blanc ski areas. With a single ski pass, skiers can ski to the resorts of Megeve, Saint-Gervais, Jaillet, la Giettaz and Saint-Nicolas de Veroce as they are all linked together. A huge advantage for an investment in a holiday rental! 

Another strong point of Combloux is its undeniable charm. The town nicknamed "the Pearl of the Alps" offers its visitors one of the most beautiful panoramas in Europe. A postcard setting with the Mont-Blanc as its main attraction. This idyllic and enchanting setting is enhanced by the preserved architecture of Haute-Savoie.
