Step into the newly-built Douka chalet in Argentiere, Chamonix, a luxurious Alpine retreat blending modern amenities with a cozy village ambiance.

If you decide not to dine out, the chalet has a fully-stocked and ultra-modern kitchen available to you. The American kitchen opens directly on the dining area that looks out directly on the snowy mountainside. Equipped with a hot tub and fireplace, everyone can stay warm, cosy and comfortable while still being in a space large enough for the whole group.

It is part of a group of high-end chalets in Chamonix. Located in Argentiere, a gorgeous Chamonix district, it has a far more Alpine village feel than the small-city centre. It's cosier, snowier, and everything can be reached on foot. Not only can you walk to any of the delicious traditional Savoyard restaurants nearby, but this luxury chalet in Chamonix is also only a 5-minute walk to the Grand Montets ski lifts, the Mont Blanc area's most famous ski domain.

The chalet is located 15 min by car from Chamonix. However, you are within walking distance from the pretty centre of Argentiere where you can find anything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and more.
There are many stairs in the unit given it is spread on 4 floors. A stay here will certainly keep you fit!
The property does not have a washing machine or dryer. However, there is a launderette only 100m away.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
