On the ground floor are three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and desk. All bedrooms have access to a terrace through their bay windows and enjoy a magnificent view of the garden. This floor also features a large laundry room, a fully fitted ski-room, and a closed garage accommodating one car. One can easily park 2 or 3 additional vehicles just outside by the entrance.

A stairway leads to the living spaces on the 1st floor: the spacious and bright main living room, with a large dining room that can easily accommodate 12 people. It has floor-to-ceiling bay windows opening onto a terrace with stunning mountain views. From the dining area, the space flows into a double living room with a modern fireplace and a reading area, also offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. This large living room adjoins a fully open Italian kitchen equipped with high-end appliances. Finally, there is also a TV/Cinema room and a guest toilet on this floor.

On the 2nd floor, you will find the primary bedroom consisting of a large double bed, a bathroom with a double sink, a dressing room, an office space, as well as a twin bedroom with 2 beds and a dressing room, all of which can be used as a master family suite.
