Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed on the property.
Although the apartment is conveniently located close to the slopes, it takes a 15 minutes walk to get to the center of Les Houches and a 10 minutes drive to the center of Chamonix.

My family and I had a great time here. Communication was great, the place was clean, tidy, and quiet. Bus stop is 5 minute away. Train station, about a 10-minute walk. The bakery nearby serves good and cheap food. 2 showers and 1 toilet, washing machine and dryer 2 in 1. Beds were comfortable. They let us leave our luggage in the ski lockers until late afternoon at 15:30, amazing service. Overall, I would stay here again.

We stayed in this lovely property for 5 nights: a family with two teenagers. It is not big, but it is very well-designed, and it was very comfortable for our needs. It was in excellent condition, nearly new, and the kitchen, even though quite small, included everything we needed for preparing a large dinner after long day hikes. It also has outstanding view. After the 2nd night, there was a problem with the hot water. They responded quickly through WhatsApp and sent someone to fix it. In summary, it was a great experience. Thank you.
