Valvisons is perfectly located for ski beginners that don’t want to walk too much to put their skis on. The property is ski-in, with ski access right to the door, and only 2 minutes walking to join the slopes. It is located just 300 meters from the french ski school and Prarion cable car that will take you to some of the nicest slopes with views of the Mont Blanc massif and surrounding scenery. Les houches is situated at an altitude of 1000 meters and lying at the foot of Mont-Blanc.
Between comfort and peaks, Valvisons offers you the mountain in all its splendor – ski-in/ski-out, coffee in hand, facing Mont Blanc.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a lovely cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a marvelous terrace. This is without doubt one of its highlights: You can enjoy a hot coffee in the fresh winter air on the terrace overlooking the snow-capped French Alps mountain range. Or an al fresco dinner during summer nights. Can you picture yourself?

Although the apartment is conveniently located close to the slopes, it takes a 5 minutes walk to get to the center of Les Houches and a 10 minutes drive to the center of Chamonix.

It was really a nice place to stay with the family with kids. Fantastic view and a cozy backyard for kids to play and enjoy the view. The host extremely caring, they even brought us some celebration cakes for the New Year eve and an instant camera was a pleasant surprise. Cleanliness and comfort was impeccable. Really recommend the place for families. Prarion ski lift is very close and easily accessible even for small kids on foot. However, the ski area is quite small, for something more interesting better go skiing in Chamonix which is only 10 min by car. An excellent place in general, thank you, Emerald Stay, will definitely come again.
