The property is ski-in, with ski access right to the door, and only 2 minutes walking to join the slopes. It is located just 300 meters from the french ski school and Prarion cable car that will take you to some of the nicest slopes with views of the Mont Blanc massif and surrounding scenery. Les houches is situated at an altitude of 1000 meters and lying at the foot of Mont-Blanc.

Although the apartment is conveniently located close to the slopes, it takes a 5 minutes walk to get to the center of Les Houches and a 10 minutes drive to the center of Chamonix.
