Our neighbors are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed on the property.
Although the apartment is conveniently located close to the slopes, it takes a 15 minutes walk to get to the center of Les Houches and a 10 minutes drive to the center of Chamonix.

Very nice apartment, with the gorgeous view. Comfortable location-10 min to Chamonix by car and 5 min on foot to the lift. Emerald stay is very attentive and always in touch. It is highly recommended!
