New, spacious, and clean property with lovely amenities and caring staff! I rarely leave detailed reviews, but this property was simply perfect and everyone in my group was blown away with the space, quality and comfort. The property is surprisingly spacious for an alpine apartment, with full-sized open-plan living room, dining area (seating 8), and kitchen complete with all appliances. 3 spacious bedrooms with a shower for each, and 1 bathtub in one of the bathrooms. The only minor note is that the property only has 2 toilets for the 3 bedrooms to share. The apartment is clearly a new build with high quality finishing in every room and bathroom, and this extends to the lobby, lift and ski rooms which are all very new, nicely finished, and perfectly clean. Emerald Stay then added to this with nice touch amenities like hand and bath towels for every guest, hotel slippers, umbrellas, and other small touches. More importantly all these items were very high quality (especially the cushy slippers!), making it clear they put considerable thought and care into making the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Staff even stopped by on the second evening to check on us, and not just to tick a box but to genuinely make sure everything was perfect. They brought additional towels and tasked an engineer to come the following morning to help unclog one of the showers, and we didn’t need to be there. The property and staff made this stay unforgettable and a top contender for future ski trips!
