The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a separate cabin with bunk beds. The open-plan living area brings together a compact, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge. Large windows open onto the balcony, while the high ceiling and warm wood details give the room a bright alpine feel. A bathroom and separate WC complete the layout.

Residents can use the shared swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and gym. The Bergers and Marmottes lifts are around two minutes away, while the shops and restaurants of Alpe d'Huez are approximately ten minutes on foot. The free resort shuttle and nearby Alpe Express provide additional connections around the resort. In summer, the surrounding mountains are suited to hiking, cycling, and mountain biking, with the Tour de France climb, alpine coaster, and ice rink offering further ways to enjoy the area throughout the year.
