The villa next door is about to be refurbished. There is no schedule for the constructions yet, but works are expected to start this fall 2023.

Perfect villa in perfect location! We booked Villa Mediterrania I and everything was to our complete satisfaction! Lots of space, cozy outdoor area and a beautiful garden and with just a few steps you are on the beach: really 1st row of the beach! We recommend!

This a beautiful beach front paradise in the best location of Alcudia. It’s protected by a rows of pine trees so you don’t get full sun straight on, and just walk a minute into the beach front with a nice, sandy white beach. There are also clean sun beds that you can rent right in front of the house, or you can opt to lie in your private sun beds within the grounds of the house for more privacy. There is also a small kiosk nearby where you can but some ice cream and refreshments, but could also buy your groceries at the Eroski supermarket that’s just a 7-8 minute walk away. The furniture is a bit old, and they need to replenish the glassware that’s all mismatched, but they group is very helpful and responsive, so I’m certain those are easy to fix. All in all a magical stay and we look forward to returning again.
