Mallorca,the main island of the Balearic Islands combines all the assets to seduce a large public. This widespread craze for the pearl of the Balearic Islands has never waned, even at the height of the health crisis, which has kept prices high in prestigious real estate for apartments aand villas.
Today, as before, some luxury villas and apartments are selling at a premium. Although the island is not the most expensive of the Balearic Islands, leaving that place to Ibiza, prices per square metre can range from one to five times higher depending on the property type and its location.
