This apartment was lovely, clean and was in walking distance to local town. Emerald hosts were very friendly and amazing at responding when needed. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Fantastic apartment within a 5-minute walk to the beach. The host were very accommodating with our needs and any queries we had. Safe location with gated passcode to the complex and pool area. 15/20 walk to the main marina, but plenty of amenities nearby.

We stayed at La Perla Pollensa apartment in early August 2023 and really enjoyed it, we would stay again. The apartment is modern and set out on three storeys with access to a shared pool which is well maintained. The apartment we had didn’t have a ground floor, so there was a short trip downstairs to get to the pool. The beach is c5 minute walk and around a c30 minute walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca. Communication with the agents was great and they went the extra mile, providing some basics on arrival (bread, water, coffee) and organising delivery of a cake for my wife’s birthday whilst we were there. All in all, would recommend.
