Fabulous apartment in a brilliant location. The sun soaked roof terrace is a huge bonus as is the outside dining area. I wouldn't advise to stay with young children, lots of sharp edges and tricky staicases.

A really lovely apartment, perfect for our family of 5. Came equipped with everything we needed, so we felt really comfortable. The hosts were so welcoming and kind, they left food and brought gorgeous wine, it helped to make our holiday even more special. We loved the covered terrace balcony & the pool as great and well maintained. The only slight downside was the stairs which were open and quite steep, but we made sure our children were extra careful.

Excellent experience in this spacious and well-equipped apartment on 2 levels including 3 bedrooms with terraces, two bathrooms, 3 toilets, central air conditioning per floor (quiet), a large terrace overlooking a beautiful swimming pool (cool), well-equipped kitchen. Small living-dining room with flat TV, small Bluetooth speaker for comfort. Direct access to a 3rd floor, rooftop solarium including sofas and a small Weber gas grill. A welcome gift: salt, new sponges etc. Attention: a steep staircase to go down to the bedrooms for information. Close to the beach, free parking in front of the building. Modern and well-designed building. No personal welcome, everything is done by email and SMS, but service available and fast!! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in Mallorca! The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful, uncrowded beach — truly the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and easy from start to finish. We had a fantastic stay at this property for the five of us. All as described in the advert, and couldn't have asked for a better location. Finished to a lovely standard and plenty of space for us to share, and indeed have space on our own. The hosts were very good with their communication and flexibility, which was greatly appreciated. There was a bit of confusion over the pool towels, and a missing power lead for the Bluetooth speaker, but neither issue spoiled the holiday in any way. Thanks for allowing us to use your place.

We absolutely loved our stay. The rooftop was amazing, and the sun loungers were really great quality. We enjoyed barbecues, swimming in the pool and the property was only minutes away from the beach! Lovely restaurants and bars were also just a stone's throw away. The hosts were so hospitable and brought freshly baked local pastries and wine on our first day. We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely be back. Thank you!
