Additionally, the home features a covered patio and a balcony with a built-in grill, plenty of seating, and a 56-inch TV, ideal for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks. Your stay will be even easier with a private garage and driveway that can hold four cars. ​

Guests at The Reserve at Lake Travis can access the lake's docks and marinas, pickleball courts, a fishing pond, and shared fire pits, as well as the area's best wineries and restaurants. This is a new way to live by the lake: elegant, roomy, and close to the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. ​

• Guests at The Reserve are welcome to use shared facilities and are encouraged to bring any personal items they may need. There is a dock or marina (extra fees may apply), a pickleball court where guests must bring their own rackets and balls, a playscape, a fishing pond where guests must bring their own fishing rods, and a firepit that guests can use, but they must bring their own materials.

• Please be aware that the Lazy River and Pool are currently closed, but they are expected to reopen by the end of 2026.
