Attached to a safety harness, you will be propelled to a dizzying height. Rest assured, the session takes place in an environment surrounded by professionals. The team at Gravity Zéro (in Flaine Forêt) offers a choice of two options. In "Soft" mode, children aged six and over can experience an adrenaline rush like no other. And in 'Adrenaline' mode, adults and children over 12 can push their limits.

The resort of Flaine offers a multitude of attractions for the little ones in summer. Most of them are in Flaine Forum and Flaine Forêt. Elasto-Bungee, Big Air Bag, trampolines, bouncy castles, giant chess or draughts, pentaglisse, etc., there's something for everyone. Ideal when your children (and especially your teenagers) need to let off steam, this activity is great fun for all the family. This laser shooting game is suitable for players aged seven and up. You'll be equipped with an ultra-realistic laser rifle, complete with a red dot sight. Traps, hiding places, immersive scenery... the whole family are sure to enjoy themselves!

Let your children embark on this ghostly ship. They'll be immersed in a fabulous adventure aboard a pirate ship containing a strange chest. The little ones will embark on an imaginary voyage where they will discover the spirit of the captain who haunts the ship. They'll also set off in search of hidden clues to solve all the riddles designed to break the curse of the "totem of immortality". Fun guaranteed!

Spend a day in the forest with your children. During the summer season, the little feet of the family will put on closed shoes to join the "Discovery" course located in the Flaine Forum sector. Working alongside a professional instructor and equipped with a harness, they can embark on an acrobatic adventure that includes a Tarzan jump, a monkey bridge and a zip line. An 'Expert' course is also available for those who want to take it to the next level, while climbing through the trees.

A cultural pastime par excellence, the City game invites you to discover Flaine like never before. Through a series of treasure hunts, it takes you to the most emblematic places in the resort. At the same time, you'll have the chance to explore every corner of the village, whether with family or friends. Go to the Tourist Office to collect your guide. Then solve the riddles to find Flaine's legendary works and buildings. There are three types of trail to choose from: fun, fun investigation and advanced.

There's nothing like a caving trip along the banks of the River Arve to discover the natural riches of Haute-Savoie. This cave is made up of several underground caverns totalling 5,000 m in length. It is accessible from the RD6 (between Balme and Arâches) and offers a relatively easy route for the first few hundred metres. The visit (ideally accompanied by a guide) begins at an altitude of 725 m. Set aside half a day to fully enjoy this sensational activity. To discover the Balme cave, choose between the "Spéléo famille" (family caving) option (for children aged 6 and over) or the "Spéléo découverte" (discovery caving) option (for children aged 12 and over).

Head to the neighbouring village to visit the largest nature reserve in Haute-Savoie. Here, over 9,000 hectares of land reveal the rich natural heritage of the Giffre massif. You'll find a vast diversity of flora and fauna, all set in astonishing surroundings. Around 800 plant species and various species of wild animals (roe deer, wild boar, ibex, bearded vulture, rock ptarmigan, etc.) can be seen in this reserve. It is also home to two imposing glacial cirques that add to its charm.

Get some height with this loop with panoramic views. Ideal for enjoying the village outside the ski season, it offers a different perspective of the resort. Only for experienced hikers, this route is perfect for those who want to reach the summits. This time it takes you up to an altitude of 2,470 m. Once you get to the top, the view is always magnificent. This trail also rewards you with one of the finest views of the majestic Mont-Blanc.

During the summer season, the Flaine Tourist Office organises a fishing workshop for you to enjoy. Of course, you can also decide to enjoy this moment with your children, rod and bait in hand. Accompanied by a qualified guide, you'll discover the little wonders of the resort at the same time. These days take place mainly on Tuesdays at Lac de Vernant and Wednesdays at Lac de l'Airon.

A holiday in the mountains is often a great opportunity to reconnect with yourself. Flaine in particular offers an exceptional setting for a yoga course at altitude. Yogis can meet up at the Col de Pierre Carrée to practise their favourite asanas. The Domaine du Petit Plateau is a possible alternative. There's a 3km trail to relax on. In any case, fresh air, breathtaking scenery and, of course, magnificent spots await you during this activity.
