All towels and linen are meticulously cleaned at high temperatures with specially formulated products to ensure any potential virus is eliminated.
Frequent ventilation is carried out in all of our homes.

Super flexible rate: Offering you ultimate peace of mind, our Super Flexible Rate allows full refunds up to 60 days prior to arrival (subject to seasonal variation and our discretion; 25% deposit non-refundable). You're free to change your mind without any justification needed (within the specified time frame).
Travel Insurance Rate: This rate covers the entire amount payable upon booking confirmation, inclusive of travel and COVID-19 insurance. The policy provides protection in case of travel disruption due to COVID-19 illness, severe illness or injury, visa refusal, travel delays, and a range of other scenarios.
