The main living space includes a bright lounge with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, both opening onto a spacious, furnished terrace with panoramic views of the hills and the sea, a natural setting for breakfast in the sun or meals outdoors. Outside, a private swimming pool, garden, and barbecue area offer a space to relax. Private parking is also available on site.

The villa is located around 14 minutes from Platja d'Aro, known for its sandy beaches, restaurants, and boutiques. Golf d'Aro-Mas Nou is a 10-minute drive away, and the medieval village of Castell d'Aro is close by. The area is ideal for cycling, while the city of Girona, with its historic centre and cathedral, can be reached in around 40 minutes.
