Reaching the French Alps through Paris

If the Eurostar Snow train doesn't go directly to your desired destination, you have alternative options through Paris. Take a TGV high-speed train to get closer to one of our resorts. This is an excellent choice if you're heading to Chamonix or the Pays du Mont Blanc ski area. Once you arrive in Paris, just catch the TGV, and you'll be on your way.

To reach Chamonix and Saint-Gervais, take the train to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-Le Fayet. From this station, you can get to Saint-Gervais by bus or taxi. You can also catch the Mont-Blanc Express, a scenic local train, which takes you right to the centre of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.

If you're going to Combloux or Megève, get off at Sallanches-Combloux-Megève station, which is also served by TGV trains. From there, local buses will take you to either resort in about 40 minutes.
