A top-floor apartment with doorstep slope access and shared wellness facilities.

The apartment is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The bright living space opens onto the balcony and connects to a fully equipped kitchen. The layout is completed by one bathroom and a separate WC.

Residents have access to a shared wellness area with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and gym. There is also a private garage and ski lockers, equipped with boot heaters. The nearby lifts, shops and restaurants are easily reachable with a free shuttle service for the resort. In summer, the area offers cycling routes including the Alpe d'Huez Tour de France climb, whilst the alpine coaster and ice rink offer activities all year round.

Aurea is located next to Nivalis and Cumbre in Résidence Phoenix, and the three apartments can be booked together to accommodate up to 14 adults and 5 children.
