Relationships with homeowners

We are interested in businesses that have established solid relationships with homeowners. Ideally, this materialises through exclusive management contracts, or at the very least an agreement that gives a fair degree of control over the calendar.

We are not interested in mere "listings" websites that show lots of inventory but do not actually control the assets.

A premium inventory

Our focus is on what we call premium properties. The ideal range for us is a portfolio of properties with daily prices of 700 to 3'000 Euros in high season.

We will certainly not dismiss higher priced inventory, but lower-tier inventory will seldom make the cut.

The right scale and footprint

We can be flexible for the right opportunities, but generally we're seeking managers that generate at least €1 million in gross booking value per year.

Right now we are particularly interested in the following regions:

Costa Brava, Ibiza, Mallorca, Tuscany, Provence / Côte d'Azur, French Alps, Swiss Alps
