Breathe in, breathe out. Sapelli is a brand-new apartment located in a lovely area of Argentière, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Delivered in 2021, this property offers all the features you could think about for your mountain stay: a nice view of the countryside, a balcony which is well exposed to the sun, wood interior, modern and comfortable furniture as well as fully equipped spaces. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms plus two extra sleeping options for children on the mezzanine area. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet are also at your disposal.
For cold winter nights (or even in summer - we won’t tell anyone), the fondue caquelon will come in handy. The equipment list has actually been well thought out and you may find the following among others: various Smeg kitchen equipment, a wine fridge, an oven with a microwave function, a TV with streaming option, a Bose bluetooth sound system, high-speed internet, a ski storage area, an indoor garage, a washing machine and cleaning equipment including a Rowenta vacuum cleaner. And as always, we provide complimentary baby cots and baby chairs on-request.
Last but not least, it is worth mentioning that this building was originally a traditional farm. It perfectly managed to keep the picturesque vibe and Alpine charm while offering modern design and efficiency. And if you feel like exploring the area, Chamonix is only 10 minutes away by car - also, the bus stop "Les Îles Grassonnets" is 400 meters away and will enable you to reach Argentière center or Chamonix center within minutes.

The property is about 10 minutes away from the center of Chamonix by car. That being said, the advantages of being in Argentière is that it is a quieter place and it allows you to have an easier access to some of the Alps best slopes.
The mezzanine area is equipped with truckle beds suitable for children only. The stairs are quite steep so we recommend it for children aged 5 years old or more.

The home truths:
- There is no front desk on this site. That being said, all of our properties are equipped with a digital lock and your access code will be sent to you via email and text message one day prior to your arrival. In case you need any assistance, we have on-the-ground staff.
- At the day of your arrival, please note that a security deposit of 500€ will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided and released after departure shall there be no damage in the property.
- Check-in is by 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Check-in prior to 4pm is subject to availability. We will be happy to enable this if possible. If you'd like to confirm an early check-in no matter what, an early check-in fee will apply
- This is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed.
