Winter is coming. And preparing a chalet for this season isn’t just about cleaning under the beds, it’s about crafting an experience that guests will remember. At Emerald Stay, that’s what we do. Because it’s always the smallest details that leave the biggest impressions.

  1. We ensure that your fireplace is fully functional and clean, with pre-stocked wood. For properties without traditional fireplaces, we suggest installing and cleaning with pre-stocked wood. For properties without traditional fireplaces, we suggest the installation of sleek, modern gas or electric options that still provide the same feeling of warmth.

  2. If your home has underfloor heating, we ensure it’s in top condition and set up to warm spaces before guests arrive. We also adjust your thermostat so that guests have the right temperature at the right time.

  3. When chalets remain closed for extended periods, often in summer, we always properly air out properties before guests arrive, especially at the beginning of the season. Ensuring all rooms are ventilated and filled with a subtle, welcoming scent, is key to making a first good impression.

  4. We make sure your terraces and patios are equipped with subtle yet effective heating options, such as sleek fire pits and cosy blankets. Whether your guests want to enjoy a hot drink while admiring the snowy landscape or take a dip in the hot tub, we ensure the setting is both beautiful and functional.

  5. During their stay, guests want more than a place to stay; they’re looking for an experience. Our team goes beyond preparing the property. From arranging ski passes delivered directly to your guests to providing curated welcome hampers filled with local delights, we make sure their stay is memorable.
