We had a smooth process in renting this house with Emerald Stay in Alcudia, Mallorca. 5/5 for the customer support. The house was exactly like you see in the photos, very clean and with an amaizing view. The only small things to be improved are a spare set of towels and sheets, as we had a 7 nights stay and one set is not enough. I totally recommend Emerald and this facility for a beautiful cozy stay We also loved the welcome box with wine and local tapas.
