This property is next to a frequented road, so we can overhear noise of the road nearby, however, it's far enough from the main avenue (in a quiet corner) and just a few steps from downtown.
There are no indoor or covered parking spots, however, there are several outdoor spots available for free.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property

The apartment is as described/shown in the photos and is perfectly located for a skiing trip to Morzine, being within walking distance of both gondolas and close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. It’s furnished to a high standard and has all necessary amenities (including two coffee machines!). The jacuzzi and steam room are a real bonus. The hosts were extremely helpful throughout our stay, including resolving a minor lighting issue in good time, and provided a mid-week light clean. Highly recommended!
