The recently refurbished space holds 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one of them ensuite, plus a separate toilet. Two bedrooms boast double beds while the third offers cozy bunk beds for the little ones. This Courchevel accommodation caters to all your needs, from a fully-equipped open kitchen to a covered garage and two private ski lockers at your disposal. And to top it all off, a private sauna awaits you after a day in the snow.
Perched atop the resort, the breathtaking views will sweep you off your feet. And if that's not enough, the location caters to all your needs: direct access to the ski slopes, proximity to the ski school, and a plethora of outdoor activities like the 'Chemin des ecureuils' for hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

All balconies in this residency are unfortunately currently closed for security reasons.
Two of the bedrooms do not benefit from natural light (no window).
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.

We really enjoyed our stay! The sauna in the room was relaxing after skiing. The place was clean and tidy. And wow, the view! Easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the main center of town. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals. Access to skiing is a 15-meter walk out of the ski locker to a run that connects to the Plantrey lift.

Our family (2 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful stay at the appartement. It’s incredibly well located with ski in/ski out access at the back and easy access to the shops of the Forum at the front. There was an issue with the sauna, which the agency tried to resolve. They were not able to repair the sauna during our stay but offered a 10% discount as compensation. Great experience overall.
