Two building projects are currently underway next to the villa, causing occasional noise disturbances. However, noisy construction activities cease during the weekend.
In light of the limited rainfall experienced on the Costa Brava in recent months, water usage restrictions have been implemented across the region. As a result, you may notice some differences in the garden compared to the photos, and the pool may not be filled to its maximum capacity due to evaporation.
Regrettably, due to the ongoing drought conditions on the Costa Brava, barbecue activities are prohibited this summer.
