It consists of two spacious double bedrooms and an additional mezzanine sleeping area for a child. Two well-equipped bathrooms and a separate toilet ensure your comfort.
For the coldest winter nights, a fondue caquelon is ready to warm you up. The apartment's facilities have been meticulously curated, with offerings including Smeg kitchen appliances, a wine fridge, a smart TV, a Bose Bluetooth sound system, high-speed internet, a ski storage area, and a garage.
The heart of Chamonix is just a 10-minute drive away, while the nearby "Les Îles Grassonnets" bus stop is a mere 400 meters away, offering quick access to Argentiere or Chamonix centers. With Sapelli, you're in for a rejuvenating Chamonix stay.
The home truths:
The property is about 10 minutes away from the center of Chamonix by car. That being said, the advantages of being in Argentiere is that it is a quieter place and it allows you to have an easier access to some of the Alps best slopes.
The mezzanine area is equipped with a single bed, suitable for a child only. The stairs are quite steep so we recommend it for children aged 5 years old or more.
The internet connection is the best we can install in this apartment. A stable connection is available, however you may encounter difficulties during heavy use or when streaming.
End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases, and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.
Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property

Lovely, well-decorated apartment in a quiet location, 3 minutes by car from the Grands Montets parking lot, where we've always found plenty of space. February 2024 school vacations. Underground parking, max. height 203 cm. Very practical. Apartment sleeps 4. There's a mezzanine with the possibility of adding 2 more people, but the living area isn't really designed for six (perfect for 4). Nevertheless, you should know that the sofa has only 3 small seats (fortunately we were only 3!!!!) and sofa to review!!!! Especially as there is room to put a larger one. The dining room table also to review as by far too large in the living room. A folding table for 4 people would be more than sufficient and would increase the space in the living room. Beautiful view of the mountains and the Aiguille du Midi. Can't hear the road at all. Quality bedding. Not a sound from the common areas. Very comfortable underfloor heating. The team that takes care of you is very responsive and attentive.
