We currently manage 7 prestigious properties located in the Alpe d'Huez resort. We are also present in other renowned resorts in the French Alps such as Courchevel, Chamonix, Morzine and Megeve. We are constantly on the lookout for luxury properties to expand our offer in these destinations. We also partner with premium brokers in the area, like Athena Advisers.
Absolutely! We have made VAT recovery one of our priorities, and over time we have developed expertise in tax refund operations which places us as the most rigorous player in the French Alps in this area. To date, all the owners we have supported have succeeded in obtaining a refund of 20% of the price of their property eligible for this program.
