Beautiful villa with lovely pool in quiet surroundings close to town and beach (cliff stand). Have had a wonderful week, and will come a lot Really nice located in a quiet area, close to the water and in walking distance to Alcudia town. The pool was lovely, the pool man came twice during the week and tested the water quality etc. Large kitchen and large nice rooms with air conditioning. Nice terrace with an awning, which provided shade from the sun on the terrace so that it could be enjoyed all day. On the roof terrace there was a beautiful view (between the houses) of the bay. Good communication with the rental company Couldn't sit on the roof terrace in the evening due to a lot of condensation on the cushions - so it had to be wiped off beforehand. Missed a parasol on the roof terrace. Could have used an extra set of keys for the villa - but you can leave the key in the key box.
